about
You stand there in your office, looking out at the city lights, and imagine it’s all yours. Because one day it will be: you’ve clawed your way here and nothing will stop you now—except, perhaps, that gnawing feeling that the price you’ve paid to get here is far too high.
This is the new wave track you’ll blast on your Walkman, dancing alone in the dark, as you consider whether your empire might just be dust.

PRICE FOR HEAVEN (Lyrics)
All our lives, we are bound
What’s the price you pay for heaven?
Break our bones, slide through chains
What’s the price you pay for heaven?
Life’s a screen life won’t change
Can I bleed like you? do we bleed the same?
It will amount to nothing
Take your drug, fake an empire
Fill the hole, fill those empty eyes
It will amount to nothing
It will amount to nothing
All our lives, we are bound
What’s the price you pay for heaven?
Break our bones, slide through chains
What’s the price you pay for heaven?
Carry me to a place where we can be free
All our lives, slide through chains
What’s the price you pay for heaven?
Praise the mud, fail your flesh and fade
Fade away with all the plans we’ve made
It will amount to nothing

It's uncanny just how good Actors is at emulating that Post-Punk synth sound from my younger days.
Each listen just gets better and better. I feel slightly ashamed for not having heard this album until a few short days ago. modestwriggles
The brilliant Sally Dige returns with this sweeping new single that is grand in scope and centered on a radiant chorus. Bandcamp New & Notable May 16, 2022
Perfectly gloomy Norwegian goth/post-punk, anchored by a punchy rhythm section and driven by chiming guitar lines and morose vocals. Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 16, 2021

I love the Delicious orange vinyl's original songs and now the remix is like visiting a friend for dessert. my favorite track on the Thin Skies Remix album is #4 Brouhaha (William Faith Remix). it's got a terrific dance beat to it. I like the guitar melody with everything thing else, drum and bass it is a perfect mix. it was made for the dance club in my opinion. (for now, my living room will do) Nancydeath75
